Yes, it is free. We usually prepare and send a preview showing your logo on the product on the same day. Production starts only after your approval.

A vector file is best: PDF first, otherwise AI, EPS or SVG. If you do not have a vector logo, send a high-resolution image or the best version you have; we prepare it for printing.

We prepare orders as quickly as our workload allows. Logo printing on in-stock products is usually completed within a week. Custom-made products may take longer, depending on the job. We confirm the timing in our quote.

Yes. If your company is exhibiting at a trade fair or holding a congress or meeting in Istanbul, we produce your logo-printed giveaways and stand materials here and deliver them to your hotel or fair venue (e.g. Istanbul Expo Center, TÜYAP). No international shipping or customs needed, and we send quotes in English.

Yes. We ship to every region of Türkiye and abroad, and you can also collect your order from our office in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Yes, samples are sent for a fee and shipping is paid by the buyer. Samples are not returnable or exchangeable.

By bank transfer or credit card (single payment, no instalments). 50% of the order total is paid when the job starts and the balance before delivery.

Yes. We work with official corporate invoices; every order is invoiced.

Yes. Visit our office in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul during working hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–15:00); no appointment needed.

Yes. We prioritise urgent jobs and prepare them as fast as possible. Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote and we will confirm it.

Yes, we also sell products unprinted on request.

Yes. It depends on the method: with UV printing the number of colours does not change the price; with plate-based methods such as pad or screen printing, each extra colour adds to the price.

We send the final price in our quote once your logo and printing method are confirmed.

Products printed with your logo are made for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. That is why we ask you to approve the design preview before production. If you notice a defect, please tell us right after delivery.

Plastic pens are UV printed, with no limit on colours. Metal pens are laser engraved, so the logo is not in colour.

No. Our pens are ready-made products, so the ink colour cannot be changed.

Yes, names can be printed on pen boxes and sets.

Thermoses are laser engraved. Bottles are UV printed where the product allows it, otherwise pad printed.

Sublimation-ready mugs are sublimation printed; others are printed with water-slide decals and kiln-fired. Each mug is delivered in its own box.

Metal surfaces are laser engraved; plastic surfaces are UV printed.

The earlier, the better. We recommend ordering by late November or early December at the latest; later orders risk missing the New Year.

Yes, a personal name can be added to each diary cover.

Not in ready-made diaries. In custom-produced diaries they can be added, and the price is set accordingly.

Yes. For wall and desk calendars we help with small adjustments such as placing your logo and images; full design work is not included.

Colour logos can be printed on bristol card clock faces. The battery is not included.

Tote bags are transfer printed. Both sides can be printed on request; single- and double-sided printing are priced differently.

Yes, we produce paper bags in custom sizes; a cutting-die fee is added to the price.

Printing and embroidery are available on custom-produced T-shirts and caps. We set the method in our quote according to the product and quantity.

Yes, any name and text can be added. Some plaques come in a presentation box, others in a standard carton box; a leather box is available on request for an extra fee.

Yes. Medals can be made to your design, for example custom-cut acrylic medals with a printed satin ribbon.

Gift sets come boxed, and a note card can be added on request.

Our sets usually have standard contents, but we can build a custom set for you. For orders of 50 sets or more we price custom sets separately.

On request we fit neck fittings, phone attachments and plastic breakaway clips.

Yes, we can make custom die-cast keychains to your design.
